This year, I have discovered that a university student can experience a lot of things. After entering this university, my life was completely changed.
I started to live alone, part-time job, club activities and so on.
I got to be able to make some dishes. I talked with many people through part-time job. I appeared on the stage to dance for the first time. I made a lot of friends in this university.
I lived a full life this year!
I think a university student can choose what to do differently from a high school student, so I want to challenge many things next year.
For example, I will go abroad next year. I'm looking forward to it very much.
In addition, I'm going to go to a driving school and get drivers license, and participate the next dance stage in the spring vacation.
I hope to enjoy next year too :)

When I'm 40
21 years from now, I will be 40 years old. Where I'll be living or working, and what I'll be doing?
First of all, I hope I'll get married to an ideal person, and have many children. I want to get along with my children, even if I'm 40. For example, If I have a son, I want to play catch or go watching a sports game with him. In contrast, if I have a daughter, I want to enjoy shopping with her.
Secondly, I hope I'll be continuing my job. I don't decide what I want to be in the future now, but I hope I'll find a job I want to do, and enjoy working there when I'm 40. I want to earn a lot of money, and have my house!
Finally, I want to live in Kobe or Osaka. After moving to Kansai, I got to like Kansai very much, so I want to live there after I graduate from this university.
I don't know what I'll be doing when I'm 40, but I hope I'll be enjoying my life!!

Cooking
I like cooking and I want to try to cook a lot of kind of dishes. This spring, I started to live alone in Kotoen, and I had to prepare a meal for myself, but I have ever made dishes without my mother's help. I didn't even know how to boil an egg.
After passing a recommendation entrance examination, I made dishes for my family at home. I learned how to make curry and rice, spaghetti, hamburger and so on. My family was pleased at dishes I made. I was very happy too.
But, I am not good at cooking yet. I failed many times. For example, I put an egg in a microwave oven, and the egg burst! Moreover I heat a potato too long, and my room was full of smoke!
I want to try to cook more dishes. Especially, I want to make a cake now. Next weekend, I will try to bake cookies.
I want to be a person who can cook many dishes!

My Ideal Pertner
After reading John's blog, I wanted to marry. John has a good partner and a pretty daughter. I really envy John!
I'll tell you about my ideal partner.
First of all, I want to get married to a person who helps me with housework . I want to continue to work after marriage, so I want to help each other. Especially, I like cooking but I don't like cleaning and washing, so I want him to do it.
Secondly, it is important point for me whether he likes children or not. When I was a child, my father was busy to work, but he played with me and my sister in the park and took us to a lot of places on weekend. That is a pleasant memory for me. If I have a child, I want to go many places with my family.
Finally, my ideal partner is a person who has same taste with me. In the last OC class, we talked about that topic. I think If two person have same tastes, they can enjoy talking about the same thing, and be happy together.
When I went to Okinawa on a school excursion, a couple was holding a wedding ceremony by the sea. Girls including me were staring at it.
I want to find an ideal partner, and hold a nice wedding ceremony like that someday!

Good Friends
I have a lot of good friends, but especially I'm going to tell you about my friends when I was a high school student.
I graduated from Kokura high school in Kitakyushu city, and it was a school that had a tradition of 100years. My school had many strict rules. For example, we were regulated a hairstyle, a length of a skirt and so on. Classes began at 7:30 every day, so I had to leave my home at 6:30. Moreover, the level of classes was very high, and it was very hard for me to keep up with classes.
So, students helped each other in my high school. All of the students of the same grade were good friends. The school life was very hard, but I lived a full life thanks to my friends.
After the graduation from my high school, we went camping in the woods. We enjoyed playing sports, making lunch, and talking at night. I had a good time. This photo was taken then.
Now, we are studying at universities in various parts of Japan. I want to see them again!

A Special Day
When I was a junior high school student, I was a member of a brass band. I played the clarinet. My school's brass band was a weak team, and always lost in a local competition. We didn't wont to participate upper competition.
But when I was in the second year of junior high school, my life greatly changed! A new teacher came to our school, and he became a new conductor of our band. He had taken former band to Kyusyu competition. He was very strict, and we had to practice every morning, and after school. Although the practice was very hard, I like music, our band, and my clarinet, because he let me see a famous clarinet player and go to a concert of famous band. We wanted to participate the national competition.
Finally, when I was a third grade student, our band got the gold prize in a local competition, and took part in a prefectural competition for the first time! I was very happy then, and the day is the most impressive and special day for me.
I didn't continue to play the clarinet, but I still like music and the clarinet:)

My opinion about John's blog
I think the technology helps us to communicate with many people and the improvement of technology has a lot of good points. For example, when I lived in my hometown, my family ate dinner together every day, and we talked about many things while watching TV. Especially, when we watch a quiz show, we talk about the answer each other. John said technology makes people less interested in talking on his blog, but my family enjoy talking thanks to TV, so I think high tech devices can bring good results depending on how to use them. I think parents should not put high tech devices such as TV in child's room.
Now, I live by myself but I am not very sad, because I can communicate with my family and my friends at any time by using a cellular phone.
It is certain that technology has many problems, but it also has many good effects. We should use high tech devices appropriately.

"Globalization" around me
We live surrounded by a lot of things made in foreign countries. I searched foreign products in my room. For example, television made in Malaysia, watch made in China, clothes, shoes, cosmetics... I found that most things around me are made in foreign countries. Japanese people import many things from foreign countries, and our lives become more convenient. I think it is one of effects of globalization.
When I hear the word "Globalization", I first hit on MacDonalds. I like it, because we can eat hamburgers or french fried potatos at once and at a low price. I think MacDonalds changed Japanese eating habits. I couldn't eat out alone when I was a high school student, but after starting living alone, I can eat alone in MacDonalds^^

Summer
In this summer vacation, I experienced many things. I enjoyed this summer vacation very much!
First, I went back to my hometown and saw many friends. They live in Tokyo, Shizuoka, Nagasaki, Kyoto etc. We met for the first time in half a year. We enjoyed talking, eating lunch, and we went our high school. I was very happy to see teachers and younger students. They were surprised that our hair were brown. I had a good time in my hometown. I want to go back there again in this winter.
Second, I got a part time job. I'm working in Pomme-no-ki, an omelet containing fried rice restaurant in ACTA Nishinomiya. I must remember all dishes on the menu, and learn how to take an order, use a cash register. It is hard to work in a restaurant, but I like to work because seniors are very friendly and this restaurant's omelet is delicious. Please come to Pomme-no-ki to eat an omelet and see me!
I also worked in Kyosera Dome as a salesclerk. I sold ice cream there. I like watching baseball game, so I was happy to work there. That game was very exciting!
Third, I went watching dance stage. Seniors and my friends danced very well, and I wanted to dance like them, so I practiced dancing at night with my friend. We are going to dance on the stage at a school festival, so we are practicing dancing hard now. Please come to watch our dance!

Summer Vacation
At first, I'm going to go back to my hometown and spend all time there in summer vacation, but my original plan has changed.
I belonged to a dance circle, and senior students are going to teach us dance in summer vacation, so I have to stay here. I wanted to spend much times in my hometown, but I'm looking forward to dance lesson. Senior students and friends in the circle are very kind of me, so I like them very much.
After the lesson, we can dance on the stage at a school festival! I want to be good at dancing, so I will practice hard this summer. I want to enjoy dancing in this circle!
However, I worry about one thing. The end of August, we are going to lodge together. The place is Nagasima Sparland, an amusement park! I can't ride a roller coaster! It is my worry now.

A frightening experience
Last year, I was walking the street from the station to home. It was about eight o'clock and the street was dark. There wasn't any person.
A man was in the corner and when I passed the corner, he followed me. I didn't notice him because I was listening iPod then. Suddenly I was held my mouth by him and I ran into a nearby house. The owner saw the street, but nobody was there and my bag was lost. There were not valuables, but many textbooks and notebooks were in the bag. I was very sad:(
After that I went to the police station and was questioned by the police for the first time. I had to be absent from school next day.
I don't know who he was, and my bag isn't found yet.
You mustn't walk alone at night.
Be careful with a dubious person!

My good and bad points
My good point is that I don't feel much stress. I often get rid of stress by talking with my mother or my friends on the telephone, and sleeping enough. Even if a bad thing happens with me, I can forget about it by doing them. I am a optimistic person, I think.
My bad point is that sometimes I am not punctual. I nearly be late for school many times, because I'm not good at getting up early and I take a long time to get ready. In addition, I'm sometimes be late for an appointment with my friends. I think it is my bad habit and I have to change it.

What I'd like to accomplish
My best aim in this university is to experience many things and enjoy school life! For example, I want to start a part time job, go abroad, belong to a dance club, and make a lot of friends. I have many things I want to do!
Of cource I want to study English harder. Especially, I want to be good at listening English, and be able to communicate with foreign people.

My Favorite Shop
When I was a high school student, I used to go to AMU PLAZA. It is a building in Kokura Station. My high school is near the station, so I often went there after school with my friends.
There is many dress shops in AMU PLAZA. Especially, my favorite shops are PAGEBOY, Heather, LOWRYS FARM, and so on.
Do you know these shops? They are casual clothes shops.
Every summer, the summer sale is holded, and many clothes are sold very cheaply. I have bought a skirt and a T-shirts for 800yen, it was sold at 80 percent off!
This summer, I'm going to go shopping to Osaka with my friend. She will take me to many dress shops.

A place I'd like to live
I would like to live in Kobe city in the future.
A month ago, I went shopping in Sannomiya with my friend.
There were many stores and restaurants, and we enjoyed shopping and eating lunch very much.
There are many train stations. We can go to Osaka and Kyoto easily.
These are very different from my hometown.
My hometown has poor train service, and train comes per 30 minutes, and there are not many stores and restaurants like Sannomiya.
In addition,Kobe city is near the sea, and there are many beautiful spot.
I would like to live in convenient and beautiful place like Kobe city!

My life these days
Last week, I made a lunch for myself for the first time.
I have to save money because I live alone in a apartment:(
I have been making stir fried vegetables (yasai itame), fried chicken, and so on.
They were very delicious!
I want to be good at cooking.
Today, I'm going to go back to my hometown, Kitakyushu city.
I'm very happy because I will see my friends and my family:)
It takes two hours to go to Kokura Station from Shin Kobe Station by shinkansen.
It's very hard to me but I want to see my friends and my family soon!!
